Plain terms for using Padel Social. By downloading the app you agree to what follows.
Using the app
Padel Social is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it to organize and score padel tournaments for yourself, your club or your community. You may not resell the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Free tournaments and subscriptions
Every account may create three tournaments at no cost, with all features unlocked. After that, creating tournaments requires an active subscription: $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Joining a tournament
Players who join with a code never pay and never need a subscription. Only the organizer who creates a tournament needs one.
Your content
Tournament names, player names and scores belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them inside the app and on the results cards you choose to share.
Availability
We work to keep Padel Social running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending your use
You may stop using Padel Social at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
